When you're depressed, anxious, suffering from low self esteem or addictive behaviors, being able to move through the world in a meaningful, authentic way can feel almost impossible.

I offer a safe, containing environment to allow you to express yourself without judgment. Through empathy, understanding, patience and genuine compassion for your struggle, we will work together as you move toward a more meaningful and purposeful life.

By allowing you the room to think and digest what it means to be you I will work with you as you move towards wholeness and acceptance.

I have been helping adults and couples move through challenging experiences for many years. By being an active participant in your therapy we will begin to cultivate a relationship of trust and understanding. This will allow the space needed to become aware of where you’ve come from and where you would like to go. Therapy, like life, is a journey. Often we need to slow things down enough to make sure we are going in the right direction.

My work doesn't stop when you leave my office. My clients know that I am there for them when they need me.  This is the hallmark of my practice. I am there for you.
